I definitely think he's keeping frieza around so he can have a rival outside of Vegeta and he also wants to prove that he can stop frieza anytime he comes back I don't think he should permanently take him out right now because I still want to see if Goku can overcome this new Black transformation and plus we haven't even seen the peak of frieza's power in this new transformation there is still so much more story to be told so I can't wait to see how this all plays out but there's definitely going to be a time of when Goku would have to get rid of him permanently
